Hot Dialling - Frequently Asked Questions

Simply call 020 8090 6000 or 0808 168 5000 then press *3, wait for the prompts, then enter your new PIN. This will add your new payment to your account.
Firstly, you will need to create an account. Then you can modify your Hot Dialling numbers by selecting Hot Dialling from the left-hand menu on the 'My Account' screen. The Hot Dialling numbers for your country will be displayed and are ready for you to edit. Simply enter the full telephone number of the person you would like the Hot Dial to call (in the full International Country Code + Number format). You can also add a name if you wish.
Yes. You can store up to 7 different numbers to call from. This means that you can register your home phone, your mobile, your partners mobile etc. so that you can call your regular contacts from wherever you are in the country. Simply log in to your account, select Hot Dialling from the menu on the left and Add / Change Numbers.
Unfortunately not. The Hot Dialling numbers are registered to your account and may only be pointed to one destination number (although you are free to edit this destination as often as you wish).
The Hot Dialling service works by linking the number you are calling from (your CLI) to the local numbers we provide. If you live in shared accommodation or are calling from an office environment where the number you are calling from is the same, you will not be able to use this service. Essentially, you can only point each of the Hot Dialling numbers to one destination number.
You will be charged according to your particular contract. If you have free local calls / inclusive local minutes you will not be charged. If you are unsure, please contact your service provider.
Yes. You can redirect the Hot Dialling number to any telephone in the world. Different rates may apply for calls to International mobile phones, but please see our call rates page for clarification

You will need to register all telephone numbers you wish to make calls from to your account. Alternatively, this will happen if the number you are calling from is withheld. We need to recognise the number you are calling from in order to route the calls through your account. Please remove any restrictions on your number and the service will work.
Yes. Simply log in to your account, select Hot Dialling and then 'Add Another Country'. You can then set the Hot Dialling up in the same way.
Yes. This is particularly useful if you have Hot Dialling numbers from more than one country
The free trial is valid for one customer per household. Your account will be credited with £0.50p, €0.50c or $0.50c, to try out your first hot dial call. Simply register your details and you will be sent a local number of the city of your choice. Use that number to try out our excellent service.
